When it comes to home business ideas, often large and exaggerated claims are thrown around such as "make a million dollars in 6 weeks!", "never work again", "have all the freedom you want". The truth is most people who fall for these false claims either lose money or become enslaved to their business, spending more time working than ever before. I'm sure you would not want that to happen to you. After all you have worked hard your whole life to get where you are now, and you want to progress not go backwards. But why is it so hard for most people to financially get ahead?


What most people fail to realize is this; that trading their time for money is the most non-productive way to make money. Why is that you ask? Well for starters we have all been trained from birth to think that, you work hard and you get rewarded. The harder you work the bigger the reward. They are good ethics to have, don't get me wrong, but in this economic climate we are working harder than ever before, for less, while the cost of living goes up. To keep money coming in, you have to keep working. If you stop working so does the money.

So what's the solution I hear you ask? Consider what your life would be like if you could achieve the following;


1) Work smarter (higher reward for less effort)
2) Work less
3) Have multiple streams of income
4) Earn income 24/7 365 days a year even while you sleep

Sounds good doesn't it, but few home business ideas will give you such rewards. To achieve such results means we need to do our ground work first, sorting out awesome opportunities from those that don't work. This takes a real mind shift to take place for us to realize the potential we all have to create wealth from home.

2) Sell and promote online (24/7 access, low cost)
3) Have affiliation with credible, honest and supportive companies
4) Ongoing training, skill increasing environment
5) Products that keep selling over and over

Very few, indeed. So when it comes to home business ideas make sure you do your research and don't fall for exaggerated claims of wealth and freedom. You can make unlimited amounts of money on the internet, but effort and direction in the right way is needed. If you can find a business that offers all the above steps you are on a winner.
